SEMINAR
The Next Generation, or the Last? Why the Experience of Our Youth over the Next 10 years Will Determine the Fate of ISKCON.
We mishandled and then, out of embarrassment, ignored our own youth over the last 3 decades. The consequences have been severe. Yet, as Srila Prabhupada’s diksha disciples move into their last phase of service, our movement has a unique opportunity to energize a new generation of pioneers by infusing them with the wisdom and willpower of our societies founding heroes. This seminar will face honestly the consequences of failing our youth yesterday, today and (Krishna forbid) tomorrow. We will discuss the boundless advantages of finally doing right by our young people and what that looks like today both locally and globally. Let’s navigate this imminent moment in our movement’s history in a way that graciously celebrates what was while eagerly facilitating what could be.
