Jayapataka Swami is an initiated sannyasi disciple of Srila Prabhupada; ISKCON Congregational co-minister; GBC member and ISKCON Mayapur leader. He has actively pioneered the preaching of Krsna Consciousness in various parts of the world (India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nepal, Thailand, North and South America, etc.). Despite serious health limitations he still continues to travel the world promoting Srila Prabhupada’s desire to expand the movement of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.
