The Power of Leadership with a Vision: Case Studies from Scripture and Personal Experiences
Leadership is about creating impact through influence. Leadership is about inspiring people to feel empowered to contribute to a cause. When a leader has the right vision he has a very good chance to guide those who follow with faith to the cause safely, happily and quickly. In a society filled with unlimited information and jargon on leadership and management, a follower of Lord Chaitanya and Srila Prabhupada has a unique privilege in being empowered by the Lord within through the sincere practice of Bhakti. We need the right attitude and practices to access those energies and then dovetail them in the Lord’s service as servant leaders. Radhanatha Swami has a rich experience and intuition in leadership roles in building communities, projects and innovative outreach programs. In this seminar he will share principles and case studies on the topic along with his personal experiences in his life’s journey.
